Unless otherwise agreed by separate written contract we require funds to cover the vessel's Disbursements Account in full to be received into our nominated bank account prior to the vessels arrival in port or anchorage. The required amount to be transferred is calculated in our Proforma D/A, which can be obtained on request at any time. In the event that expenses incur during the vessel's call which were not included in the original Proforma D/A, additional funds must be transferred on our request. A confirmation of the money transfer directly from the customer's bank may be accepted as proof of payment.

Funds received in excess of the final D/A amount will be returned to the customer without delay. If funds have not been received latest prior to the vessel's departure, we reserve the right to refuse clearance of the vessel until funds or sufficient guarantees have been received.

Credit

Any amount not covered by advance payment of the vessel's disbursement including our agency fee and any other charges are due for payment latest 10 days after the date of invoice.

Any amount outstanding 10 days after date of invoice will be charged with 1.5 % interest per month or part thereof.

Reminders will be charged with a Dunning fee of EUR 40.00 (or equivalent as per currency) per reminder.

In the event that an outstanding is not settled within reasonable time we reserve the right to place the debt for collection or legal action. All incurring additional costs in this process will be for the account of the debtor.

E-invoicing

As a standard Unér Shipping only issues E-invoices (softcopy invoice and scanned vouchers), which will be forwarded to customer as attachment to e-mail. Originals are kept at our premises for 5 years and can be obtained upon request. For such request a handling fee of EUR 20.00 (or equivalent as per currency) will apply and postal or courier charges are for the account or the Receiver.
